On 22nd March 2003, several Jewish youths, members of the Hashomer Hatza’ir Zionist Youth Organization were attacked by Arab participants in a violent demonstration in Paris against the war in Iraq. The Arabs, brandished sticks and chains and chased the Jewish youths. Two youths were injured received hospital treatment and were released.
