On 21st September 2003, a small explosive charge attached to an antisemitic pamphlet exploded in the courtyard of a kindergarted in Kaliningrad. The pamphlet was placed there on a Sunday and none of the small children was in the yard, but when two young boys approached it, it went off. A 14 year-old youth was seriously injured and was hospitalized.
