In an article in the establishment weekly Aakher Saa’a, Ibrahim Ka’oud wrote that “Many thinkers and historians have discovered that the reported number of Jews killed in World War II has been exaggerated, that that war had not been directed against the Jews and that many people in the countries of Europe had been killed in [that war]… The campaign of attacks against the Malaysian Prime Minister is one of those campaigns against statesmen and thinkers who have taken a brave stand against the false claims by the Jews, the manner in which they are deceiving the world and their influence in the spheres of finance and the media in the West”. In addition, he accuses Zionism of “aspiring to control the world in any way [possible]”.
