Britain – Desecration of a Jewish Cemetery in London

In the course of two nights, 19th and 20th October 2003, vandals stole into the “Ohel” Cemetery at Southport, London, and caused damage to the funeral facility there. On the first night they burned Torah scrolls, on the second night they destroyed prayer stands and a wash basin and smashed two stained glass windows. The perpetrators opened faucets, flooding the place, and spilled paint all around.
