United States – Conviction of the Leader of a Gang of Skinheads

A court in Portland, Oregon convicted the leader of a skinhead gang and sentenced him to three years in prison for the offense of burning crosses at a Jewish cemetery and the daubing of graffiti on a Korean church. The leader, Brian Raymond Hauth, 27, was convicted of infringing on human rights and of consipiracy. Hauth “commanded” a racist youth group called the “Oregon Statete Boot Boys”.
