Australia – A Fist Fight Against an Antisemitic Background in Sydney

On New Years Eve of 2004, a group of Jewish youths left a party and went to a park in Sydney where they met up with four others who were drinking and doing drugs. After a few exchanges of words, the others shouted at the Jews Dirty South Afican Jews, go back to South Africa. A short confrontation insued and the Jewish youths left. A group of the other youths followed them and were joined by more of them. A fist fight broke out in the course of which one of the Jews was hit in the head with a glass bottle and another one was hit in the chest. The young thugs left the scene after they had beaten up the Jews.
