Belgium – Curses and Threats Shouted at a Physician in Antwerp

On 13th January 2005, a Jewish doctor from Antwerp arrived for a check-up visit to the home of a patient of North African origin and determined that the man was healthy and could return to work. On the form he filled out, the doctor wrote that the man had been absent from work for two days, the man got angry at, threatened him and called him a “dirty Jew””. The doctor left the place without reacting. He later lodged a complaint with the police.
