Russia -Arson Attack on Penza Jewish Center

On the evening of July 9, unidentified youths tried to set fire to a Jewish center in Penza, Russia. they threw a Molotov cocktail inside an open window of the building and then fled. A security guard extinguished the blaze before it could cause serious damage.
