Belarus – The President of Belarus Awards a Medal to an Antisemitic Ideologue



 
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented a medal to the Antisemitic ideologue Eduard Skobelev who serves as the editor of the Presidential newspaper. The medal was awarded despite complaints by Jews in
Belarus who claimed that Skobelev’s latest work entitled “Stalin’s Testament” included attacks on Jewish leaders in

Belarus
. Skobelev, notorious for encouraging antisemitism, proposed in the past that guns be used in order to resolved the “Jewish Problem” and has more recently declared the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” to be an authentic document
