USA – Professor Arthur Butz Praises the Words of the Iranian President

Arthur Butz, a professor of engineering at Northwestern University of Illinois and a well-known Holocaust denier, wrote words of praise on his Internet site for the antisemitic remarks made by the President of Iran who had called for the annihilation of

Israel and had also denied the Holocaust. Butz praise Ahmedinejad for being the first Head of State to express his views on these issues and added that he was sorry that none of the leaders of the Western states had made similar remarks. In 1976, Butz wrote a book called “Deception of the 20^th Century: Arguments against the Ostensible Extermination of European Jewry”.
