On 14th January 2006, a gang of about 15 people wearing masks tossed stones and gravel at the window of the home of a Jewish family. When the father of the family went out to investigate what was going on, the thugs shouted racist epithets at him. When the man came out of the police station after lodging a complaint, he was astounded to discover that his tires had been punctured. Since June 2004, this victim has lodged 15 complaints about various acts of harassment such as puncturing the tires of his car, scratching his car, destruction of property and the like.
