Egypt – New research reveals that Muslims hold blatantly anti-Jewish views


According to Pew Global Attitudes Projects anti-Jewish views are almost universally held in Egypt and in Jordan. About 98% of those asked in Egypt and Jordan, Arab countries which are at peace with Israel, hold anti-Jewish views. The research also found that anti-Jewish feelings are especially prominent in Indonesia. Nigeria, Pakistan and Turkey. It also showed that Muslims feel that the main cause of poor relations between Muslims and the Western world is the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. (JTA)
