The victim, who is visibly Jewish, was leaving the cinema when someone
grabbed his skullcap off his head. The victim demanded it be returned, then
was threatened with physical violence. The victim
friends then threatened the assailants, they then swore and started
screaming, “Fucking Yids.” at them.
