Sixteen suspected neo-Nazis, between16-24 years of age, were arrested after allegedly scattering candles and tearing up floral wreaths placed on a stone, in Santa Maria, commemorating the 68th anniversary of Kristallnacht, a 1938 prelude to the Holocaust when thousands of Jewish synagogues and businesses were destroyed.
