The victim was crossing the road in Temple Fortune when he saw a black male in a vehicle watching him. The victim wears a skull cap and was in school uniform; the perpetrator got out of his vehicle and asked the victim if he was a Jew. The victim didn’t reply and the man said, “Obviously that’s a yes give me
your phone and whatever else you have.” The victim gave him his mobile and five pounds and the man punched him in the stomach twice, got back into his car and drove off.
