Vandals overturned and broke tombstones at a Jewish cemetery on Bank Street, Ottawa. It is the third incident since April at the cemetery, south of Hunt Club Road, and the crimes could be related, said Mitchell Bellman, of the Jewish Federation of Ottawa.
