A member of the Jewish community in Belgium, easily recognizable by his clothes, had twice, within the space of several days, a flat tire in his car. The first tire was replaced by a new one which was again punctured several days later.
The victim has already been subjected to anti-Semitic insults in the same neighborhood and it is likely that these recent incidents are not fortuitous.
