The victim was at a comedy club when the comedian on stage made a joke which the victim and her friends all found offensive. The comment was something to do with how Catepillar make the bulldozers which the Israelis use to destroy homes. He also spoke about Israel carrying out ethnic cleansing and how something was “worse than Shindlers List”. The comedian then commented by saying “I can say that I’m Jewish”
