The victim was talking in Hebrew to his friend when an eastern European male shouted “This is England, do not speak any other language”. He also said “Go back to Israel, Go to Palestine”. The victim saw the perpetrator late in the day. The perpetrator then gave a Nazi salute to him and shouted “Heil Hitler”
