The victim was taking his daughter on a driving lesson in Bushey Heath, when a vehicle drove erratically behind. The perpetrator was very intimidating and was flashing his lights and sounding his horn at the victim. As the perpetrator overtook the victim he shouted “fucking Jew” at him. Further down the road the perpetrator got out of his vehicle and ran towards the victim, waving his hands and again shouting “fucking Jew”.
