Sweden – Antisemitic remark at school in Malmo

In Malmö, Sweden, an anti-Semitic event took place during a class in a high school. The questions the pupils were asked to present during a lesson were: “Who am I, What can I do and what do I want?” One 16 year old boy answered “I am Hitler – I can kill and I want to take over Europe.” The teacher asked the boy why he said these things and the boy, a Swedish Muslim, replied, “I want to kill all Jews in the world.” A 15 year old Jewish girl was also in the class and she took the courage to ask the boy how he could say such horrible things however there was no reply. Other students told the boy that she was Jewish. He asked the girl if he could talk to her in private. He apologized and said that he did not know that she was Jewish. The girl decided to take this issue to the school principal. The reactions were very strong. Immediately they contacted the boy’s parents. The father was devastated at what his son had said in class.
