On Saturday afternoon, a Caucasian man in his thirties who had black hair and wore a black leather jacket, jean pants and sunglasses was seen walking in one of the Anvers neighborhoods with a swastika on his sleeve. Many Jewish citizens reside in this neighborhood.
A witness that was in the area entered a store nearby and asked to call the police. The witness went on without waiting for a response for his request.
