The victim, who is visibly Jewish, was involved in a minor vehicle accident.
After exchanging details with the perpetrator, the victim was subject to anti-Semitic verbal abuse. The perpetrator said to the victim “make sure you tell your insurance company that Hitler should have gassed all the Jews”.
