The victims, who are visibly Jewish, were walking along the street when they were accosted by a passer by. The perpetrator was a white male. He started to question what the victims were doing and tried to blame them from hitting his vehicle, which they were nowhere near. He then started to imply that the victims were not English. As the victims went into their house, the perpetrator said he would send his friend “Mahmoud Abbas” as “he knows how to take care of you people”.
