The victim was leaving a Synagogue after services for the Jewish Sabbath in Radlett. He returned to his vehicle which he had parked in a petrol station which he owns. As he approached his vehicle, a transit van had blocked him in. The vicitm asked the perpetrator to move his vehicle and was told to “fuck off you fucking Jew”.
