Scotland- anti-Semitic letter sent in Glasgow

The victim had been in contact with his local council regarding concerns he had over a local road. He received one genuine reply to which he responded, however he then received a bogus letter back which said “my grandfather died in Treblinka when he fell off a watchtower and broke his neck. There were also lots of Yiddish words used in the letter which were in quotation marks.
