Man accused in hate crime has swastika on head

A man with a recently carved swastika on his forehead has pleaded not guilty to killing two people in a hate-fueled spree against non-whites .

Keith Luke is charged with raping a woman and killing two other people, all of Cape Verdean descent, in January.

He was arrested after a police chase. He did not have a swastika on his head at the time.

Luke allegedly told authorities he was “fighting extinction” of the white race and stockpiled 200 rounds of ammunition to kill blacks, Hispanics and Jews.
