The victim, who is visibly Jewish, was at a shopping centre, when she was approached by an Arab female who engaged her in conversation.
During the conversation the perpetrator said to the victim the following:
“You are a Jew, we hate you, you live in our property in Palestine, and our house has now been taken by you Jews in Jaffa as a police station”
