The reporter found a black Mercedes CLS with a Palestinian flag on the roof had parked on the pavement outside the location in Manchester and had since driven off. The reporter spoke to the victim and found that the Merc had driven across the pavement from the other side of the Road, across the road and traffic and onto the pavement where it was now. The victim said he had to pull forward quickly in traffic to avoid being hit by the car.
He also said the driver drove at the pedestrians as if they weren’t there and when he got out of the vehicle he looked under the influence of drugs. When the car drove off the driver waved a book out of the window and was shouting out of the window, although he did not hear what was shouted
