Landeck – Since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas, there have also been incidents in Austria in which perpetrators damaged Israeli flags. Such a suspected case is now also reported from Landeck.
Previously unknown perpetrators damaged a window and the facade of a residential building in the market square area of Landeck by throwing a stone at it. An Israeli national flag was visibly displayed behind the damaged window. The damage caused cannot yet be quantified. According to the current status of the investigation, the police cannot currently rule out an anti-Semitic background.
