Bonn – Since Friday morning, the Bonn police have received several reports of graffiti symbols showing the Star of David and the word Nazi.
As police spokesman Michael Beyer said when asked, the same signs were always reported in different places: four at the town hall, one in front of the Rewe supermarket on Heerstrasse and another at the Aldi on Kölnstrasse.
Apparently all of them have now been made unrecognizable, as research on site revealed. Markus Schmitz from the Bonn press office said that city employees inspected the town hall and painted over all the symbols. This Saturday a specialist company will remove them completely.
