Geneva – The Intercommunity Coordination against Antisemitism and Defamation is filing a complaint after receiving several reports of antisemitic graffiti on the sidelines of the campaign for the federal elections in Geneva.
Several posters of Geneva candidates were vandalized this summer. Swastikas and antisemitic slogans have multiplied on public roads in the city center, on rue de de Carouge, at Place Neuve and in Plainpalais.
In response, the Secretary General of CICAD, Johanne Gurfinkiel, announced this Tuesday morning, in a press release, that he will denounce these actions under criminal law.
