Timișoara – Unknown perpetrators drew a swastika and the slogan “Jews go home!” (“jidani afară”) expression was written in Romanian on the facade of the Fabric synagogue in Timișoara. The term “jidani” was used as a pejorative word for the Jews

Luciana Friedmann, head of the Timisoara Jewish Community, drew attention to the incident, adding that the inscriptions will be removed from the monument building.
