Antisemitic graffiti on a stand in the marketplace of Livorno
Livorno – Antisemitic graffiti appeared on Saturday morning, May 18th, on one of the market stands on Buontalenti Street. The owner called the police who arrived in the area to open an investigation. Officers of the DIGOS (Department of General Investigations and Special Operations – DIGOS) and the Department of Criminal Identification arrived at the scene. On the asphalt of the street, just in front of the stand selling clothes and underwear, a Star of David and an arrow pointing to the podium of the stand were sprayed, on which appeared other antisemitic graffiti and symbols appeared.
