Marlboro Township, NJ – Antisemitic graffiti was spray-painted on a tree and a roadway stop line around the Marlboro Jewish Center on School Road West this past week, according to police.

In a statement, the Marlboro Township Police Department said Mayor Jonathan Hornik had directed the force “to apply all necessary resources available to identify and apprehend the perpetrators of this vile act and to prosecute them to the fullest extent under the law.”

“Marlboro Township will not tolerate any form of discriminatory behavior including antisemitism within our borders,” Hornik said. “Those responsible for these heinous acts will be identified and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  As a diverse community, Marlboro residents of all religions and backgrounds stand together against racism and antisemitism in all of its forms.”
