Bosnia's constitution discriminates against Jews and Roma because it does not allow them to run for parliament or president, the European Court of Human Rights said in a ruling Tuesday.

Someone ran over a menorah in the 5800 block of Southeast Forest Glades Trail in Hobe Sound. USA - Swastikas drawn on base of park menorah
Rabbi Meir Borenstein, director of Chabad of Orange County went out to Village Green in Goshen NY to insure that the Menorah (as he usually does through Chanukah) and its lights were all in order.
