Hungary - Jewish cemetery vandalized

Graves were vandalised and a marble tombstone stolen overnight from the Jewish cemetery in Varpalota, western Hungary, the head of the Hungarian-Israeli Friendship Society of Varpalota told MTI.

Gabor Ujvari said that unknown persons had pushed over one and broken seven headstones while a marble stone was found missing. He said it was not the first time the cemetery in Varpalota had been vandalised.
