Two suspects arrested for desecrating cemetery
Kaposvar – This last July, vandals desecrated tombstones in Kaposvar's Jewish cemetery. Nearly three months later, the police have questioned two residents of the city in association with the incident.
The spokesman for the head police commander of the Somogy province announced that the Kaposvar police began a criminal investigation of July's events, which led them to question two residents, ages 22 and 23. The police interrogated the two, and there is evidence supporting the suspicion that they were involved with the desecration of the cemetery.
