Antisemitic threats and curses on the tram
Antwerp - several ultra-orthodox Jewish women were traveling on a tram in Belgielei in the direction of the railway station. They were getting off at the La Plantin station at Moretuslei.
At that moment, two men also got off, one of them of Belgian origin, the other a foreigner.
The Belgian man started speaking in a loud voice in the women's direction.
He said "Zie nog Joden die de Duitsers niet habben afgemaakt" (Look, more Jews that the Germans didn't kill").
Then his friend said: "Ik ga hun pruik afnemen, korn wij gaan hun pruik afnemen, ik ga ze doden!!" (I'll take their wigs. lets take their wigs, let's kill them")
Because they were scared and in view of the fact that they were about to get off at the same stop, the women got back on the tram in order to get away from the two men.
The Police were called but did not succeed in finding them.
